My son and I have spent three evenings already hunting for the hidden exits on each double-page spread, and the way the tower grows taller as you turn the pages is such a clever touch. Even the tiny details in the background streets make us stop and stare.

The detailed maze illustrations are incredible—we kept stopping just to admire the architecture on each page. It took us three evenings to get through it all, and the story about the stolen light is clever enough to pull adults in too.
