This award-winning set of wooden stools is a functional puzzle. Inspired by Kumiki craft techniques from Japan, the two stylishly-geometric stools interlock to create a single seat and save space when not in use. The craftsmanship is exquisite, incorporating Yosegi inlays and Tsugite joinery. The warm hues of Nyatoh and Cypress are beautiful in any configuration.

Handmade from beautiful Japanese Hinoki Cypress and Nyatoh wood comprises 12 geometrically unique, diamond-shaped columns. Clear lacquer finish.

When the two 16" stools are nested, the single-seat measures 19". A playful, yet luxurious, wonder of home decor. Designed by Yoshiaki Ito. Handmade in Japan.
