The Factoryは、コンクリート製のインタラクティブな転がるボールの彫刻です。スチールボールがタワーの頂上から最終目的地に向かって転がり落ちる際、産業時代のブルータリズム工場から着想を得たさまざまな建築要素を通過します。ボールは時には歯車の背後に隠れ、時にはバネのような螺旋を通過し、また時には壮大なアーケードに沿ってゆっくりと蛇行します。構造物を旅するにつれて、見る人の視線を導きます。

The concrete tower is heavier and more solid than I expected, which makes the whole thing feel like a real little building on my desk. Only gripe is that the steel balls occasionally catch on one of the architectural sections and need a nudge to keep going. Still, it's genuinely mesmerizing to watch
Watching the steel balls wind down through the little architectural levels is weirdly hypnotic, and it's become my go-to desk distraction. Only knock is the base isn't quite as stable as I'd like on a glossy surface, so I put a felt pad under it.
