Bought this as a gift and ended up keeping it. Tilting the clay pitcher by the handle makes the little dog howl, and the sound is way eerier than I expected for such a small thing.
I filled the cavity about halfway and the pitch was perfect, not too shrill. Tilt the clay pitcher slowly by the handle and the little dog lets out this low, breathy wail that made my cat bolt off the couch. It's sitting on my bookshelf now and every guest has to try it.
I bought this as a gift and ended up keeping it on my desk instead. The clay has a nice weight to it, and the howl when you tilt it by the handle genuinely sounds like a small dog. Filling the second cavity takes a bit of practice to get the pitch right.
