The chopstick dexterity part is genuinely harder than it looks, especially once the cards start flipping fast and you're racing to build the same maki roll. My sister and I got way too competitive over it.
Played this with friends after dinner and we were all yelling at each other within five minutes. The chopsticks add real pressure, you can't just grab the pieces with your fingers, so every roll turns into a clumsy race. Genuinely the most fun I've had losing a game.
My kids actually fight over who gets to be the faster sushi chef, and the chopstick dexterity part is harder than it looks once the cards start flipping. The maki pieces are colorful enough that my 6-year-old stays interested the whole round, which never happens with other games.
