The illustrations are genuinely gorgeous, and I had no idea there were 64 species on the cards until we started flipping through them. My kids now yell "kookaburra!" every time one turns up, which is worth the price alone.
The illustrations alone make this worth every penny—each card is so detailed that my kids fight over who gets to spot the kookaburra first. We've played it four nights in a row and still haven't run out of new birds to learn about from the 64 species. The board is sturdy enough for family game night
The illustrations are genuinely lovely and we've had fun hunting for kookaburras and fairywrens on weekend walks. Only gripe is the boards are a bit large to hold comfortably in the car, but it's become our go-to road trip game.
