I’ve done a dozen puzzles this year and these vintage bugs are easily my favorite—the colors feel like they came straight out of an old natural history book. The pieces fit together snugly but not so tight that I needed a crowbar to take it apart.
The vintage prints are so intricate that each completed section feels like uncovering an old naturalist's notebook, and the quality of the paper makes it a joy to handle. I've done a lot of puzzles and this one definitely kept me engaged for several evenings.
The pieces have that lovely aged, archival feel from the vintage prints, and the image quality is razor sharp. Took me a few evenings to finish, which was exactly the challenge I wanted, though I wish the box included a reference poster since the colors can blend together.
