The walnut case alone is worth it, but the aluminum board inside is what makes this one special. Unfolded on the table, it looks like a piece of the city skyline sitting right there. I've played on it every night since it arrived and the pieces slide across that surface smoother than any wooden boar
The aluminum playing surface feels incredibly smooth under the dice, and the contrast makes the pieces pop even in dim light. The walnut case is a real conversation starter on my coffee table.
The walnut case closes with such a satisfying click that I keep it out on the coffee table just for the look. Unfolding it to that aluminum board feels like opening a little piece of the city skyline.
