I bought this as a gag gift for my brother's birthday and ended up reading the whole thing myself before wrapping it. Adam Rubin's writing is deadpan and absurd in the best way, and the fake diagrams had me laughing out loud. Best $20-ish I've spent on a present in a while.
Some of the diagrams are genuinely funny, especially the one breaking down the towel-folding sequence, but a lot of it reads like a joke that already ran out of steam by the midpoint. It's a decent coffee table book for guests to flip through, though I doubt anyone finishes it cover to cover.
