The 100 question cards go way deeper than the usual icebreaker stuff, we ended up talking about childhood memories and values for almost three hours. Nobody wanted to stop, which says a lot for a group that usually just talks about work.
We played this at a family dinner and the questions about childhood got my quiet father-in-law telling stories I'd never heard. The cards are gentle enough that nobody felt put on the spot, but they still led somewhere real.
