This deceptively simple puzzle is considered a masterpiece by many experts. Three nearly identical chain links are hooked together. Not only can they be unlinked (with careful planning) but they can be relinked in any order and each configuration requires a different solution to separate. As puzzle master Nob Yoshigahara said, "There's a whole world of wisdom" wrapped up in this subtle mechanical challenge.
