솟아오르는 혹등고래는 레드파인, 호두나무, 황동, 가죽으로 제작되었습니다. 무게 중심에 섬세하게 균형을 잡은 고래는 아주 가벼운 접촉만으로도 움직이기 시작합니다. 마치 하늘을 헤엄치는 듯 부드럽게 위아래로 흔들리고 좌우로 기울어집니다. 정밀한 무게 배분 덕분에 조각품은 원을 그리며 회전하고 흔들리면서도 받침대에서 결코 떨어지지 않습니다.

Set it on my desk and it rocks back and forth with barely a nudge, which I catch myself doing during calls. The walnut and red pine grain is gorgeous up close, and the leather tail feels softer than the photos suggest.
The little brass details on the whale's tail catch the light nicely, and the walnut body has a warm grain that looks even better in person. I set it on my desk and gave it a nudge, and it just kept gliding back and forth on its own for a while. Genuinely a calming thing to have around.
