Seit 1989 stellt Cavallini hochwertige Papierwaren her, die aus den seltenen Schätzen ihres umfangreichen historischen Archivs stammen. Von Landkarten des 19. Jahrhunderts bis hin zu botanischen Tafeln umfasst die Sammlung mehrere Jahrhunderte und bewahrt eine große Vielfalt an alltäglichen Ephemera sowie ikonischen Bildern.

Jedes Vintage-Puzzle wird in einer 25 cm langen Kartonröhre geliefert, wobei die Puzzleteile sicher in einem Musselinbeutel im Inneren aufbewahrt werden. Das fertige Puzzle misst 56 x 71 cm.
